Artist duo Oleg and Oksana Kondratyuk live and work in Kosiv, region of Western Ukraine. 

                Oleg was born in 1981.  He studied Wood Carving at Stryi Art College (Lviv region). Oleg perfected his artistic skills while attending Kosiv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts.

                Oksana was born in 1980. She studied Textile Arts at KIADA and at Lviv National Academy of Arts. Oksana teaches at Kosiv College of Applied and Decorative Arts.

                Since 2010, the artist duo is working on a project, called "The Only Reality". It consists of art objects, spiritual by nature.  The artists use their work to reinforce Christian axis of faith and to strengthen moral principles. While the world is experiencing spiritual thirst, absence of inner order and peace, and lack of morality, the couple's art provides a vital breath of fresh air. Tapestries, sculptures and paintings are complemented by Oleg's poetry. In his poems, the author seeks answers to philosophical questions. Via poetry, Oleg communicates his worldview, and presents to the reader his personal ethical compass.

          ”All our works are an illustration of our spiritual knowledge, an expression of our spiritual experience, aspirations and achievements. They have a platform of what has been achieved, there is also a longing for what is expected, this is our mental experience, an inner aspiration. We are focused on the inner corridors of the human soul, that is what fascinates us. We examine the inner state of the spirit, its aspirations, direction and everything that affects its vector.”
